We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive the product. If you decide to return within this period, please ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized Products Not Eligible for Return
Please note that all customized neon signs are specially tailored and not eligible for return. These products are crafted based on your specific requirements, making it impossible for us to offer return services. Ensure you carefully consider and confirm all customization elements before placing an order.
Return Process
If you meet the return criteria, you can initiate the return process by contacting us at hello@kxneon.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns not pre-approved and requested in advance will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
